“ Drunken noodles w/chicken excellent. I requested "mild" spice and it was mild in all ways and very savory and delicious. And they will cook "mild to medium spice" on request which I will have next time. Egg rolls were crispy perfect and delicious. Lunch portions were large. Everything fresh. Excellent service. Mango Rice dessert is superb!! ”

My husband said that the chicken satay was the best flavored satay he’s ever had. The spring rolls were yummy and the plum sauce was delicious. The yellow curry was delicious and better than other local restaurants. The Thai Basil was also fresh and flavorful and the spicy level we asked for was perfect. The prices were incredible. We couldn’t believe that lunch was less than 40! We will definitely return and highly recommend. ”

My wife got the Massaman curry and it was the perfect consistency, wasn't too thick and wasn't too watery, it had great flavor. The Thai tea was also among the best we've had. But Fairbanks has more than its fair share of great Thai places to eat at. Having left Alaska for warmer climates, we were missing our favorite Thai dishes. We’ve been very disappointed with the many we’ve tried down here. That was until we ate at Siam Spice Thai. The Pad Thai with shrimp and the Yellow curry with chicken were as good as many of the restaurants in Fairbanks. That’s a huge compliment for Siam Spice. “ What a delicious lunch we had yesterday! The Shrimp Summer Rolls were as tasty as they were beautifully presented. My husband had the Tofu Garlic entree, and loved it. I had P3(?) - wide noodles and basil, peppers and broccoli - with beef, and it was so yummy. So much I had to share with my husband. The new(ish) owner served us, and was very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back when we are in Daytona Beach again. ”
“ Me and my wife wanted to try something different for dinner and I'm so happy we picked this place. It's real authentic Thai food for a great price for the portion size. I got the pineapple fried rice with medium spice and it was amazing 10/10, a little sweet with a kick of spice made for a very satisfying dinner. We also got the coconut yuca dessert and it was very different than anything I've ever had but also very good. Not to sweet and served warm with coconut shavings on top, it kind of had the texture of mochi, a great dessert to round up our dinner. And the part that topped it all off was the restaurant owner, he was very sweet and served us well. I highly recommend this place for anyone. ”
